Amazon came to the BYU Adlab as a client for research and strategy development. The work I did is under NDA, but I’ll tell you as much as I can :)

what I learned:

  • how to set up a process for a large research brief

  • how to ladder research to go a level deeper with each step

  • the vast variety of resources available for research and how to use them

  • how to pitch a research report to a client

overview:

  • primary and secondary research within a particular vertical

  • consumer trend and behavior analysis

  • creation of a 30-page white-paper

  • presentation of findings to Amazon representatives
